Howdy Wowie Cookies & Treats is a small-batch, Filipino-inspired gourmet cookie bakery in Kent, WA, founded by an immigrant Filipina and woman-owned, rooted in Filipino flavors and ingredients think ube, pandan, calamansi, and milo.
