He holds culinary degrees from both the Art Institute of Seattle and the French Culinary Institute in New York. Lord-Wittig was Executive Chef/Partner of the highly acclaimed De Le Terre in Steilacoom, Washington. He most recently spent time in Tacoma, Washington as Executive Chef/Creator of Spice Lab and Regional Executive Chef for Harbor Hospitality. |

Chef Jon Maley was born in a small farm town in New Jersey. He stared work at 14 years of age in a cake shop washing dishes. In 2004, Chef Jon realized that food was his obsession, and went to Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco. His focus on food is simple. Eat seasonally. It tastes better when it’s in season. His passion lies in restaurants and he wants to bring the best cuisine he possibly can to the South Sound. His restaurant concept is called ChūcH. He launches Pop Up events every couple of months in different locations, all on his off time. Keep an eye out for these memorable experiences. | |

Kris is a Tacoma native who has owned and operated two restaurants/wine bars in downtown Tacoma, Vin Grotto Café and Wine Bar and STINK Cheese-Meat/El Tufo Wine Bar. She has written columns for the Weekly Volcano, contributed to Culture Magazine, and has conducted cooking and beverage pairing seminars for organizations throughout the Tacoma area. She and her partner Jackson Friis opened Amitie (“friendship” in French) Wine Company, a retail shop and wine club in 2020. They strive to educate their customers about specific viticultural regions and the history behind the wines and foods that contribute to those regions excellence, while encouraging a community that gathers and reflects on some of life’s most important attributes including friendship, communication and kindness. “Good food and drink is not for the pretentious, but for the curious.
